8 Steps from Concept to Completion
Step 1:
Initial Meeting
The whole process begins with an initial consultation, that can be conducted via phone call, video call, or in a face-to-face meeting. Here we will make contact to discuss your project requirements and look over any ideas, plans, specifications you may already have. We can discuss with you our experience and knowledge that will add to the success of the job.
Step 2:
Site Inspection
We will meet you on site to then review your construction options and details. We may offer advice and make suggestions.
Step 3:
Architectural Design
If you already have a design and are working with an Architect, we are happy to work with your architect to achieve your project plans.
If you require a draftsman or architect we have experienced
professionals that we work closely with that we can recommend to you. Our architects that we work with have delivered exceptional works all over Sydney in our residential projects. You can view some of our works in the Gallery page.
Step 4:
The Tender
Once we have a clear idea of your requirements and you have presented us with the most recent and relevant drawings and
specifications we will then prepare a budget estimate or quotation for you.
Step 5:
Agreement and Preparation
Once we have presented and agreed on the budget, quotation price and time frame for building works, we will then sign contracts and ensure all DA applications and relevant council requirements are met.
We will then prepare the site for construction, and ensure
Occupational Health & Safety requirements are met.
Step 6:
Commence Construction
Once construction has commenced, we work very closely with the architect to provide you with updates on the progress of the project. Site meetings are arranged if required to monitor progress of the works.
Step 7:
Handover
With the Architect, you will carry out a detailed inspection of the completed works for final acceptance and occupation. We will then arrange for all third party inspections to be carried out and provide relevant occupational certificates to you.
Step 8:
Warranty and Maintenance
During the valid warranty period, we will attend to any issues or rectification works that may be required.
Moving forward, we can provide you with ongoing maintenance
services for your property, engaging all our recommended trades. Once we have completed your job we are always here for you.
