8 Steps from Concept to Completion

 

Step 1:
Initial Meeting

 

The whole process begins with an initial consultation, that can be conducted via phone call, video call, or in a face-to-face meeting. Here we will make con­tact to dis­cuss your project require­ments and look over any ideas, plans, spec­i­fi­ca­tions you may already have. We can discuss with you our experience and knowledge that will add to the success of the job.

 

Step 2:
Site Inspection

 

We will meet you on site to then review your con­struc­tion options and details. We may offer advice and make suggestions.

 

Step 3:
Architectural Design

 

If you already have a design and are work­ing with an Archi­tect, we are happy to work with your architect to achieve your project plans.

If you require a drafts­man or archi­tect we have expe­ri­enced
pro­fes­sion­als that we work closely with that we can rec­om­mend to you. Our architects that we work with have delivered exceptional works all over Sydney in our residential projects. You can view some of our works in the Gallery page.

 

Step 4:
The Tender

 

Once we have a clear idea of your require­ments and you have presented us with the most recent and relevant draw­ings and
speci­fi­ca­tions we will then pre­pare a bud­get esti­mate or quo­ta­tion for you.

 

Step 5:
Agreement and Preparation

 

Once we have pre­sented and agreed on the bud­get, quo­ta­tion price and time frame for build­ing works, we will then sign con­tracts and ensure all DA appli­ca­tions and rel­e­vant coun­cil require­ments are met.

We will then pre­pare the site for con­struc­tion, and ensure
Occu­pa­tional Health & Safety require­ments are met.

 

Step 6:
Commence Construction

 

Once con­struc­tion has commenced, we work very closely with the archi­tect to pro­vide you with updates on the progress of the project. Site meet­ings are arranged if required to mon­i­tor progress of the works.

 

Step 7:
Handover

 

With the Archi­tect, you will carry out a detailed inspec­tion of the com­pleted works for final accep­tance and occu­pa­tion. We will then arrange for all third party inspec­tions to be car­ried out and pro­vide relevant occu­pa­tional cer­tifi­cates to you.

 

Step 8:
Warranty and Maintenance

 

During the valid warranty period, we will attend to any issues or rectification works that may be required.

Moving forward, we can pro­vide you with ongo­ing main­te­nance
ser­vices for your prop­erty, engag­ing all our rec­om­mended trades. Once we have com­pleted your job we are always here for you.
